In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with executives and organizational leaders to identify key hires in Singapore, Japan, and the Philippines that move the needle for the business. You’ll be the first talent hire in APAC, so you’ll play a critical role in improving processes, identifying new sourcing strategies, and scaling Coinbase internationally. If you thrive on ownership and working creatively and collaboratively with teammates to make great hires, this is the role for you! What you’ll be doing:
Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process for junior to senior level positions in the APAC region and in EMEA should the need arise. Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels. Collaborate with core business teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience. Build new processes that will help the recruitment team, and the entire business, scale its efforts in the APAC region. Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
What we look for in you:
5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment. Deep knowledge of the APAC market including Philippines, Japan, and Singapore. Experience managing stakeholders and other business relationships across several different time zones. Experience hiring for compliance, legal, customer experience, product marketing, and other business roles in a scaling environment. Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers. Experience coaching hiring managers to develop strategic recruiting plans, and experience developing processes from the ground up in order to do so. Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency. Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to haves
Bilingual in Mandarin and Japanese is a plus.Singapore
