Coinbase users submit to the exchange in court
A large US platform, Coinbase, faced a group claim of customers, which claims that the employees "poured" information about the BCH.
According to the text of the claim, the employees of the platform were engaged in disseminating insider information about the integration of Bitcoin Cash, not intended for publication in the media, and earned on it.
The initiator of the trial was Arizona citizen Jeffrey Burke, whose interests are represented by two law firms.
Coinbase goes to court
According to him, this claim was sent on behalf of all users of the platform who placed orders from 19 December for 21 December 2017, and suffered financial losses in the course of offenses committed by the defendant.
The lawsuit alleges that Coinbase is involved in artificially inflating the value of the crypto currency by opening buy and sell orders almost immediately after Bitcoin Cash was integrated into the platform, reports The Cointelegraph.
Earlier, the platform notified more than 13 thousand of its "Highly competitive" customers that their data will be transferred to the IRS.
