He is now coaching popular English football club Tottenham Hotspur since November 2019.
“I am very happy to announce our collaboration with José Mourinho, who is not only an extraordinary personality in the world of sport, but also a symbol of a manager who has built his success on both strategy and mental strength,” XTB CEO Omar Arnaout said.
“Not only does his story fit very well with the values and strategy of our brand, but we are also united by the same desire to achieve the goals we set ourselves. Just as José helps his team to become the best in the world, we want to help our clients to become even better investors by providing the highest level of service and the best technology.”
Brokers Going Beyond Clubs and Footballers

This came when XTB is on-boarding scores of new traders, thus pushing its revenue significantly higher.
“I am happy to support XTB as an ambassador for the coming years,” Mourinho said. “When we talked about starting cooperation, it turned out that we share many values such as commitment, professionalism, and sincere passion for our work. That is why I am happy to work with the amazing XTB team and share my own experience with more than 200,000 investors who trust XTB around the world.”
