'Dozens dead including civilians' as bombs rain down on Ukrainian city

Dozens of people have been killed and hundreds wounded after a major city in eastern Ukraine suffered heavy shelling, Ukrainian officials say.

Unverified footage shot by terrified residents appeared to show civilians lying dead in the street after bombs fell on residential areas.
