French bulldog needed emergency surgery after chomping toy dinosaur

FRENCH bulldog Bruno needed emergency surgery after chomping on a toy dinosaur.

The stegosaurus showed up on X-rays after owner Dani Danks, 27, took the sick pooch to vets, who saved his life with a £2,500 op.

The mum from Solihull, West Mids, said: "I was gobsmacked.

"I didn't realise you'd be able to see legs and a tail on the x-ray.

"Everyone was speechless – I don't think they'd ever seen a whole dinosaur inside a dog before.

"He's pretty famous amongst the vets now because of it.

"I was so relieved when he was okay. They're part of the family – it's not just a pet it's a family member.”
