DONALD Trump’s former mansion with a tennis court and indoor pool is on sale for $30million – down $24million from the original asking price in 2014.
The former president owned the Greenwich, Connecticut home, which boasts 11 bedrooms and 15 and a half bathrooms, with his late ex-wife, Ivana Trump, in the 1980s.
The home sits on 5.8 acres and features an outdoor pool, indoor lap pool, tennis court, private dock, theater room, fitness room, and several guest quarters with separate entries.
It was originally listed for $54million in 2014 but is now priced at $29.9million.
“I had priced it at a very high price initially with the concept that if someone really wants it, I guess I'll sell it,” current owner Robert Steinberg told the Wall Street Journal.
“But I misplaced it.”
Realtor Rob Johnson described the home as a “truly unique piece of waterfront property.”
“Location, size, water frontage, privacy and security all combine to make this a one-of-a-kind opportunity.”
The home, which has views of the Long Island Sound, is located in a private community and is gate-guarded to offer extra security.
There is a spacious all-white kitchen with multiple cooktops and several dining areas, including a screened-in patio that overlooks the backyard.

Ivana, who died last month at age 73, kept the home after she and Trump, 76, divorced in 1992.
Steinberg and his wife, Suzanne, purchased the home for $15million in 1998 and spent two years working on renovations.
The couple added the indoor lap pool and tennis court, two guest apartments, a putting green and other amenities, adding a total of about 5,000 square feet.
Steinberg added that over the years, prospective buyers came in without making a substantial offer.
“I had one Chinese buyer [who] was seriously interested, but his feng shui adviser told him it wasn’t right,” he said.
Johnson told WSJ that a buyer could potentially keep the property as is or even redevelop it into waterfront homes due to it spreading across multiple lots.
