LISA Marie Presley, the only child of rock 'n' roll legend Elvis Presley, has died at age 54 after suffering cardiac arrest at her home.

Paramedics performed CPR on the 54-year-old singer after finding her in her Calabasas, California, home before taking her in for treatment.

Lisa Marie's mother, Priscilla Presley, confirmed the news of her passing in a statement, according to PEOPLE.

She said: "It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us."

The actress went on: "She was the most passionate, strong, and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss.

"Thank you for your love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment."

PRISCILLA'S HEARTACHE

The news came just hours after Priscilla shared another heart-wrenching, but hopeful, update on her only child with the late Elvis.

She posted a photo of herself and Lisa Marie on Instagram, along with a brief caption confirming that she had been hospitalized.

Priscilla captioned the snap: "My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital.

"She is now receiving the best care. Please keep her and our family in your prayers."

The star continued: "We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time."

She did not say any more on the matter or share any details about her daughter's condition, though it was said to be critical.

LISA'S TRAGEDY

Lisa Marie went into “full [cardiac] arrest” and was given adrenaline at least once to help her regain her pulse, TMZ reported.

The outlet reported that her housekeeper found her unresponsive in the bedroom of her home.

Lisa Marie's ex-husband Danny Keough is said to have administered CPR on the scene.

She was then taken to an Intensive Care Unit for further treatment.

Late Thursday evening it was reported that she was on life support and had a temporary pacemaker.

Photos obtained by the outlet showed Lisa Marie's mother, Priscilla, arriving at the hospital to be by her side.

Her half-sister Deborah Presley Brando was also seen outside the hospital.

She appeared sullen, holding a tissue in her hand.

A family source told The U.S. Sun that not much information about the singer's prior health status has been shared.

She looked frail in the days before the incident, including at the Golden Globe Awards on Tuesday where she clung to "Elvis" star Austin Butler.

LASTING LEGACY

Born on February 1, 1968, she is the sole heir to her father's estate, with the crooner dying when she was just nine years old.

A savvy businesswoman, Lisa Marie has released a number of albums including To Whom It May Concern, Now What, and Storm & Grace.

Her first album went platinum, with critics praising it for its distinctive flair.

She has also spoken out to support sufferers of AIDS.

Lisa Marie was married and divorced four times and had four children: Riley Keough, Benjamin Keough, Finley Aaron Love Lockwood, and Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood.

She was predeceased by her son Benjamin, who died by suicide in 2020.

Benjamin shot himself during a birthday party for his girlfriend at Lisa Marie's home.

She was open about how challenging that loss was for her.

SERIOUS STRUGGLES

Lisa Marie's life was full of both joy and struggles.

She was first married to Danny, a musician, and the pair went on to have two children before their divorce in 1994.

Twenty days after her divorce was finalized, the singer married Michael Jackson in 1994.

They met in 1975 when a seven-year-old Lisa Marie attended several of his concerts in Las Vegas and became friends in adult life in 1992 when she helped him through difficult times.

It wasn't meant to be, however, and the couple split in 1996.

She then married actor Nicholas Cage, with that marriage lasting just 108 days in 2002.

Finally, she married Michael Lockwood and stayed with him for a decade.

The pair split and found themselves locked in a contentious split that was still ongoing at the time of her death.
