Oaklands College: Police rush to school after 'incident' outside St Albans campus | The Sun

POLICE have rushed to a school after an "incident" outside the campus.

It is understood armed officers have been deployed to Oaklands College in St Albans, Hertfordshire, this afternoon.

An air ambulance and multiple cops were also called to the scene on Monday.

A helicopter is also believed to be circulating the area as pupils tried leaving for the day.

It is not yet clear what has prompted the huge emergency response.

Oaklands College said: "We are aware of an incident that has occurred outside our St Albans campus today.
