Dad, 35, and daughter, 2, killed in 'deliberate' crash when he smashed head-on into lorry on way back from seaside trip | The Sun
A DAD and his two-year-old daughter were killed in a "deliberate" crash after he smashed head-on into a lorry, an inquest heard today.
Ashley Henry and his daughter Oria Henry were on their way back from a trip to the seaside when the horror unfolded.
An inquest was told police received reports of a "car going head-on straight into a lorry" on the A153 in Anwick, Lincolnshire, on Father's Day.
Det Insp Andy McWatt said: "Dashcam footage from that lorry has been obtained and the act seems to be deliberate by the car driver
"Therefore, a criminal investigation has been launched into that incident."
Lincoln Coroners Court heard police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the tragedy.
